You sure as heck make a whole lotta apps. One of these days you'll strike gold.

I think you'll have better luck with an app that allows depraved rich people connect with desperate poor people in order to have them do their bidding. Easier to game-ify as well.

For the confused, this is sarcasm, or as the kids say these days, based.

More concrete advice would be to spend less time on tiktok and more time figuring out what you genuinely need, as it's easier to motivate yourself towards finding a comprehensive solution to it, as opposed to your present scheme of random, half-baked ideas.

When I was a kid I was fortunate enough to play with computers a lot and I always wanted to make apps/sites that creates an impact around the globe.

I ship a lot because none of my projects have made even a single dollar and I will be forced to do a job starting next year if I don't make money. Understandable.

I am ready to fail small 100 times but when I will win it will be BIG.

Thinking of getting youtubers on this site where they can donate to their audiance and climb in the leaderboard which will give them fame and build trust amongst audiances. what do you think about this idea?

Yea, try everything you can think of and good luck! But my 2cents is to do these things while having a job. You'll have positive cash flow for financial security and if things don't work out then you'll at least still be able to afford to go out with friends, travel, etc. Just find a dev job that doesn't demand too much (or if it does, push back regularly or increase scrum estimation), and work on your side projects after work. I was in your position once, never made it, don't think the sacrifice was worth it, so I really recommend this.

Honestly, I love the idea. Wealthy people chase status (and power), its all they have left after economically winning (it's why Gates, Dalio, etc go from podcast to conference to book tour to talk, it's the wealthy person's equivalent of Jeb Bush's "please clap"). If they want to race to see who gives more away, why not? Erect the leaderboard of charity flex!

@preetramsha What do you think about a style more like GoFundMe from a wireframe perspective? Their UX is already great for discovery and campaigns, your focus just so happens to be on the leaderboard.

I think this can be a hit in the youtube community dont you think? they can gain trust/ build an audience from this and can compete amongst other people in the leaderboard.

These people can do anything to rise to the top as they have a whole lotta ego.

I maybe wrong tho, what do you think?
