I switched to fullhost about 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I was previously on site5 which got bought out. I wanted to use letsencrypt which they said they support but in practice do everything in their power to prevent you from doing so. The customer service essentially gaslight you and try to get you to pay 300$ a year on top of what I was already paying to use their provider.
I gave fullhost my credentials and they moved everything over including all my hacky one-off database deployments and projects.
Another time my email started getting rejected by Gmail for reasons of not having tkip and something else I forget the name of. From the time I filed a ticket to the time it was fixed was probably an hour.

Fullhost is also cheaper than site5.
